42CrMo4 Heavy Duty Forged Gear Ring Blank
Over 15 years, we manufacture and supply seamless rolled ring parts for the custom large forged gear rings, slewing bearing inner and outer rings. Commonly use the steel grade of 42CrMo4, C45, S48C for forged rings.
Diameter ranges from φ400mm to φ4000mm
Heat Treatment be done normally with Quenched and Tempered to reach a mechanical properties and hardness performance on these seamless hot rolled and forged rings.
After Heat Treatment, we do proof machining according to customer's requirement, and inspections such as UT, Hardness test, dimension checking, lab test and etc to insure our forged rings parts are under good quality before delivery to our customer's plant.
