Our 42CrMo4 toothed ring forgings and seamless forged gear rings are custom made manufactured and made of high-quality 42CrMo4 alloy steel. All these gear ring forgings are available with quenching and tempering heat treatment after hot rolling and forging process, with rough turning to be done full UT inspection. To meet customers' needs, we also do custom CNC finished machining as per customer's drawings and requirements.
