Allow Rongcheng can manufactures seamless hot rolled rings, ranges from OD500mm to OD4500mm, face height up to 400mm and weights up to 5000 KGS.
Beside Straight / Contoured rolled rings, we also produce profiled hot rolled rings to save the input weight for our customers.
Heat Treatment Workshops for the forged rings:
Two workshops for the rings below OD2000mm and for the rings over OD2000mm.
Normalizing, Quench and Tempering, Annealing can be done as per customers' required on the forged rings.
Machining / Turning Workshops
Proof turning on the forged rings including step shape turning.
