Commonly use steel grade of 42CrMo4 as the raw material for large diameter forged rings
Inner ring and Outer ring will be heat treated by using Quenched and Tempered after forging ring processes.
And reach a hardness ranges of customer required, as well as the mechnical properties of our seamless hot rolled rings.
We not only do the forging and heat treatment, but also offer service of semi-finsihed machining as well as the raceway rough finished for the inner and outer bearing rings.
Our capacity: over 500 pcs per month.
