S48c Forging Rings Od500mm to Od2000mm for Slewing Bearings
Heat Treatment Workshops for the forged rings:
Two workshops for the rings below OD2000mm and for the rings over OD2000mm.
Normalizing, Quench and Tempering, Annealing can be done as per customers' required on the forged rings.
Machining / Turning Workshops
Proof turning on the forged rings including step shape turning.
Besides, in 2016, Rongcheng establish precision machining workshop for the wind power Pitch / Yaw's bearings inner and outer ring: raceway turning, radial holes drilling, mounting holes, lifting holes, grease holes and etc.
