Forging:  

Our forged and ring rolling mills will make the steel hot-forged to shape the ring. 

Our two production of forging ring lines:

φ1600mm and φ4000mm ring rolling mill with Hydraulic Presser with 1000 Tons and 6500Tons.

Hot forging produces a superior grain structure and mechanical properties, when been compared to casting.

Heat Treatment:

15 Electric Furances in our factory to support us to do heat treatment of 

Normalizing    Quenching       Tempering

Machining:

Proof machining or Final Machining As per customer's requirement
