Our Manufacturing Process:
Hot Ring Rolling Process of shaping a preform of raw material into a ring by a drive roll and an idler or mandrel roll to make pressure and increase the diameter into required diameters.
Our Heat Treatment:
12 electric furnaces + 1 natural gas furnace
Normalizing， Quenching， Tempering， Annealing
Our Machining：
18 sets of lathes
We do cusomization producing of large diameter forging rings, by offering custom-made forging rings to meet specific client's demands, includes sizes, material, heat treatment, and other requirements customers need.
