Jiangsu Rongcheng Forgings Co.,Ltd,  since 2009, over 15 years engaged in the production and processing of industrial seamless hot rolled ring forgings. 

We are equipped for the large hot ring forging presses and two production of ring rolling production lines： φ1600mm and φ5000mm with 1000 Ton and 6500 Ton Press, for the capacity of manufacturing heavy-duty, large-size seamless forged ring parts to support our engineering industries customers. 

All ring forgings are manufactured through hot forging, ring rolling, heat treatment and proof machined or CNC full machining if customers need. 

Our hot rolled forged rings are for the application that big equipment's forged flanges, supporting rings, pressure vessel rings, engineering component rings, gear rings, bearing rings and other non-standard ring parts. 

We support customized forged rings based on customers’ drawings,  technical parameters.

With the implement of quality inspection procedures to ensure every product meets international industrial standards.
