Raw Material Preparation: Round or square casting/ingots from reputation steel makers.
Forging & Rolling: 1600-ton and 6500-ton hydraulic presses, φ1600mm and φ5000mm Ring Rolling Mills
Heat Treatment: Normalizing or Quenching and Tempering.
Machining: CNC machining for precision, drilling, milling, welding, shot blasting.
Inspection: Final dimension,hardness and other quality checks.
