Our Open Die Forging Capabilities

We provide a full spectrum of forged shapes using hydraulic presses ranging from 2000T to 8000T.

1. Forged Shafts & Spindles

We manufacture various heavy shafts for power transmission and marine applications.

• Types: Stepped shafts, rotor shafts, eccentric shafts, ship propeller shafts, and wind turbine spindles.

• Capacity: Max length up to [ 15,000mm]; Max weight up to [ 30 Tons].

• Advantage: Forging ensures continuous grain flow along the axis, maximizing torque and fatigue resistance.

2. Forged Discs & Tube Sheets

Solid discs and perforated discs used in pressure vessels and gear manufacturing.

• Applications: Gear blanks, tube sheets for heat exchangers, blind flanges, and heavy-duty covers.

• Capacity: Max diameter up to [ 3,000mm].

3. Forged Blocks & Valve Bodies

Rectangular blocks forged on all six sides to ensure sound centers.

• Applications: Hydraulic manifolds, high-pressure valve bodies, and die blocks.

• Quality: 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to ensure zero internal porosity or cracks.

Material Grades Available

We forge a wide range of materials to meet ASME, ASTM, and DIN standards.

• Carbon Steel: SA105, A350 LF2, C45.

• Alloy Steel:42CrMo4 (4140), 18CrNiMo7-6, 34CrNiMo6 (4340), F11, F22.

• Stainless Steel: 304/304L, 316/316L, F51 (Duplex), F53 (Super Duplex).
