Complete with machining as per customers' drawings and requirements

Our custom large seamless rolled forged rings & heavy forged steel parts are from hot ring rolling and open die forging processes.

Commonly using the materials: S355J2G3 (1.0570), 42CrMo4 (1.7225) to DIN EN 10250-2. 

Heat treatment: Normalized / QT. By our own HT workshops to guarantee mechanical properties.

Pre-turning or full CNC custom machining 

UT inspection & full MTR traceability available for exporting to European customers.
