Specializing in manufacturing Q355B seamless rolled ring flanges and S355JR big diameter forged flanges from two production of our φ1600mm and φ5000mm ring rolling mills, with maximum dimensions up to 4,000 mm, with minimum diameter 400mm, and weight up to 4 tons.

We perfectly support steel grades across carbon steel of Q355B, S355JR, S355J2, S355NL, and A572 Gr.50 for our big diameter forging ring flange parts. 

By our own heat treatment workshop's HT furnances, providing Heat treatment of normalizing on our big diameter hot rolled rings and ring flanges, as well as Quenching and Tempering to meet customer's requirements on big diameter forged flanges. 

Inspections:Hardness Test, Dimension Test, and 100% UT testing and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for every exporting shipment.
