Jiangsu Rongcheng Forgings Co.,Ltd, over 15 years, manufactures high-quality seamless rolled rings with required tensile and yield properties for big diameter ring gears, large size of bearings and slewing bearings and seamless hot rolled rings for engineering and heavy machinery applications. We produce forged rings in diameters ranges from 400mm to 4000mm with carbon and alloy steel alloys.
With two production lines of ring rolling mills - φ1600mm and φ5000mm, our rolling processes can produce good concentricity and surface smoothness seamless hot rolled ring for both smaller quantities and bulkc quantities with quick and good quality delivery status. All our forging rings parts are customized made according to your sizes and specification requirements.
We produce Seamless rolled rings for gearwheels, bandages, discs with steel grade C45, C60 , 42CrMo4 and etc.
