Heat Treatment:  Quenching + Tempering from electric heat treatment furnances

Machining:  as per customers requirement offering pre-machining service on forging ring parts into railway tyres , bandages, disks

Jiangsu Rongcheng has two Ring Rolling Mills in one factory:

φ1600mm ring rolling mill with 1000 Tons Blanking Press

φ5000mm ring rolling mill with 6500 Tons Blanking Press

Rongcheng can manufacture seamless hot rolled rings up to a maximum outside diameter of 4000mm, and these forging rings could be plain, profiled to meet customer's requirement.

These big diamter forged rings are made from carbon steels, alloy steels and stainless steels. 

We also offer a complete heat treatment solutions, include Normalising, Annealing, Hardening, Tempering, Quenching and solution Annealing and etc to ensure our hardness and mechanical properties to meet customers requirements after our hardness testing approval.
