The rolled forged ring flanges are produced by a process of ring rolling, begins with a circular metal that has been pressed by our pressing machine.
The pressed metal will be heated and bring to the rolling mills to be drived the metal roll under pressure to make the height and thickness smaller,and the diameters of ring larger.
After finish the rolled forging, we use CNC vertical lathe and drilling equipment to finish the machining work for the ring flanges.
The rolled forging rings for large sizes flanges will be be used for construction and frame and used in piping system for fluids and other engineering application of forged rings.
