Our Material:

Alloy Steel 4140, 4130,4340, 42CrMo4,34CrNiMo6, 18CrNiMo7-6 ,  C45,  S355 and etc.

Process: 

Raw material into and chemical composition inspection →Sawing→ inspection → Preheat → forging / hot ring rolling → heat treatment → inspection → rough machining → UT  → finishing machining →UT and other inspection → packing→ Delivery

Capacity: 

OD from 400mm to 4000mm; Thickness up to 500mm; Height up to 600mm
