Seamless Rolled Rings for Gearwheels - 15 Years Chinese Exporting Factory
Commonly use the steel grade of below for our seamless hot rolled and forged rings for our customers:
China Steel grade Q355B and Q355D as the equivalent material of S355JR, S355J2 of EN10025 1.0570
China Steel grade Steel 45 as the equivalent material of C45
China Steel grade Steel 60 as the equivalent material of C60,1060
China Steel grade 25CrMo as the equivalent material of 25CrMo4
All our forged ring parts are Customised gearwheel blanks from our hot ring rolling processes / open die forging processes.
Not only forging ring blanks, but Heat Treatment of Quenching and Tempering, or Normalizing, Annealing, what's more, machining service offered for customer's needs, including drilling holes, milling, welding, shot blasting and etc.
Inspections before delivery includes:
Lab checking - Chemical compostion, Mechanical Properties , grain size and etc.
Dimension Checking
Hardness Checking
NDT Checking - UT
